Group 1: Standard Single Room with Ensuite

As at: 01/04/2018

The maximum accommodation payment is: $250,000.00

This can be paid as:

a refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $250,000.00, or

a daily accommodation payment (DAP) $39.52 at an interest rate of 5.77% 

a combination of a RAD and a DAP, for example:

1. Part RAD $100,000 plus a Part DAP $23.71

The Standard single room accommodates one person only with a private ensuite, with midfloor-to-ceiling window with views to garden walkways. As well as this natural light, the rooms have recessed down-lights, and in the ensuite, movement sensor lights plus a 3-in-1 bathroom ducted heat/ light/ exhaust ceiling fixture.

Furniture in the room includes an electronic high/ low adjustable bed, built-in wardrobes with lockable storage, and individually-controlled reverse cycle air conditioning. Privacy is provided with an entry way that shields the bed from immediate view from the doorway, and easily self-adjustable window coverings. Nurse call points are located in the room as well as connection capabilities for telephone landlines.

The rooms are within close proximity to nurses’ stations, lounge areas, dining areas, sitting nooks, activities rooms, and access to gardens/ courtyards.

The agreed Daily Accommodation Payment may be withdrawn from the Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD). This will result in increased interest amounts being payable on outstanding RAD levels.

 

Group 2A: Premium Single Room with Ensuite

As at: 01/04/2018

The maximum accommodation payment is: $350,000.00

This can be paid as:

a refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $350,000, or

a daily accommodation payment (DAP) of $55.32 at an interest rate 5.77%

a combination of a RAD and a DAP, for example:

1. Part RAD $100,000 plus a Part DAP $39.52

The Premium single room accommodates one person only with a private ensuite in a spacious room, with large midfloor-to-ceiling window with views to landscaped grounds, gardens, parklands, and well maintained internal courtyards. As well as this natural light, the rooms have recessed down-lights, and in the ensuite, movement sensor lights plus a 3-in-1 bathroom ducted heat/ light/ exhaust ceiling fixture.

The maximum accommodation payment is: $450,000.00

This can be paid as:

a refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) of $450,000.00, or

a daily accommodation payment (DAP) $71.13 at an interest rate of 5.77%

a combination of a RAD and a DAP, for example:

1. Part RAD $225,000 plus a Part DAP $35.56

The Deluxe single room accommodates one person only with a private ensuite in a substantially larger room, with large midfloor-to-ceiling windows provide views to landscaped gardens and walkways, parklands, and well maintained internal courtyard. As well as this natural light, these open rooms have recessed down-lights, and in the ensuite, movement sensor lights plus a 3-in-1 bathroom ducted heat/ light/ exhaust ceiling fixture.
